| Just by chance, I received a letter from Dreamscape Realty and Investment LLC in Show Low, AZ in February, 2006. I had a vacant lot in Pinedale and was considering selling, and I responded via e-mail to the letter and asked if Dreamscape would be interested in listing my lot.
I received a response on February 17 after Tim & Les had looked at the lot and advised me on what the comps in the area were. I called them to talk with them and based on our conversation, the feeling of honesty on their part along with enthusiasm to work to sell the lot, I listed the property with them.
Dreamscape kept me up to date on all the activity and received an offer on May 26, 2006 for the listed price. All the paperwork was done via e-mail and fax and was very easy for me. The property closed on June 16, 2006 with no problems/issues at all and this without ever meeting Tim & Les in person!!
I know anyone wanting to sell/purchase property in the White Mountains would be served well by working with Tim and Les at Dreamscape Realty.
